Arnaldo started his first business, a credit investigation company, at age 25, and has been a successful entrepreneur ever since. From credit consultancy, he moved into finance, sales, business development, sales management and then senior-level positions. In every company, Arnaldo has achieved outstanding personal and team results. His greatest motivation is helping others to perform above and beyond expectations. Arnaldo has led companies to breakthrough results, highlighted by the following: He consistently drove the Cancom organization to the top #3 position nationally. He grew sales at FastFD by $6.3 million in 2012. He established Aussie Pet Mobile Canada as a Master Franchisor, successfully launching and developing a virgin territory.

In addition to personally awarding over 700 franchises in Canada, the United States, Australia and the UK, he is experienced in the resale of profitable and distressed businesses.
